RUUT is developed by Maxi Digital GmbH, a fintech company founded in Germany in October 2019 by İşbank Group with the vision with the vision of offering profitable and innovative products in the European market with digital banking experience from Turkey. RUUT is provided by our banking service provider, İŞBANK AG. İŞBANK AG is a fully regulated European bank, licensed, and supervised by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)
Maxi Digital GmbH launched the initial product – “ParaGonder” in 2020. "ParaGonder" was a mobile application offering fast and secure money transfers from people who live in Germany and Austria to Türkiye and Kosovo. Since August 2023, ParaGönder is now available as RUUT with a new vision and many advanced banking features.
